Who we are Allround Team GmbH is a Cologne-based studio (founded 1999) that develops sustainable solutions at the intersection of people, technology and environment. GeschichteWe founded Allround Team in Cologne in 1999 with a simple conviction: design must resolve tensions between people, technology and the environment. Over the years we’ve grown into a compact, curious team delivering communication, interaction design, prototyping and UX research across B2B and international projects. We thrive on stripping away assumptions and testing ideas rapidly — often discovering that a quick prototype or an intercultural review prevents costly mistakes later. Tackling ergonomics, HMI concepts and localization challenges has taught us to balance technical constraints with real human needs. Today we still enjoy the same stubborn curiosity: asking uncomfortable questions, iterating with clients and shaping experiences that work worldwide.
