Atomify ist eine KI-Automatisierungsagentur mit Sitz in Warschau. Wir helfen B2B-Unternehmen mit 10 bis 100 Mitarbeitern, repetitive manuelle Arbeiten zu beseitigen, indem wir Automatisierungssysteme und benutzerdefinierte interne Tools rund um die von ihnen bereits genutzte Software entwickeln. Unsere Arbeit beginnt normalerweise mit einem spezifischen Engpass: Leads, die zwischen den Kanälen verloren gehen, manuell bearbeitete Bestellungen, Berichte, die aus fünf verschiedenen Quellen zusammengestellt werden, Supportanfragen, für die niemand Zeit hat zu beantworten. Wir kartieren den Prozess und bauen dann ein System, das ihn ausführt, wobei wir No-Code- und Low-Code-Plattformen verwenden, wo dies schneller ist, und kundenspezifische Entwicklung, wo dies nicht der Fall ist. Typische Projekte umfassen KI-Assistenten und Chatbots für Vertrieb und Support über Web, Messenger und Marktplätze, CRM- und ERP-Integrationen, Dokumenten- und Datenverarbeitungs-Pipelines sowie interne Dashboards und Anwendungen, die auf bestehenden Geschäftssystemen aufbauen. Wir arbeiten mit Kunden in ganz Europa zusammen und übernehmen den gesamten Zyklus: Prozessprüfung, Lösungsdesign, Entwicklung, Bereitstellung und laufende Unterstützung. We build AI systems that do actual work inside a business, not demos. Assistants that answer customer questions across a website, messengers and marketplaces, agents that qualify leads and hand them to sales, and pipelines that read documents, extract data and push it into the systems a company already uses. Every project is built on the client's own data and processes: knowledge bases, product catalogues, price lists, internal documentation. We handle retrieval, guardrails and escalation to a human so the assistant stays accurate and never invents answers. We also deploy on the client's own infrastructure, including on-premise servers and local devices, for companies that cannot send their data to third-party cloud services.

We build custom software for B2B companies that have outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools: internal applications, admin panels, client portals and integrations between systems that were never meant to talk to each other. Most projects start from an existing process rather than a blank page. We audit how the work is done today, then build the part that has to be custom and connect it to what the client already runs: CRM, ERP, accounting, e-commerce platforms, messengers and marketplaces. Typical work includes internal tools, API integrations and data pipelines, automation layers on top of legacy systems, and AI features embedded into existing products. We also deploy on the client's own infrastructure, including on-premise servers and local devices, for teams that cannot keep their data in third-party cloud services. Full cycle: audit, architecture, development, deployment and support.

We build fast, multilingual websites and web applications for B2B companies, usually on Next.js with a headless CMS, so the client can edit content without touching code. Beyond marketing sites we build the working parts: client portals, booking and order interfaces, internal dashboards, and product pages wired directly into a CRM, ERP or e-commerce backend. Structured data, technical SEO and page speed are part of the build, not an afterthought. We also integrate AI assistants into existing sites so visitors get answers immediately instead of filling in a contact form.

We build new AI products, including ones that live on physical devices rather than in a browser. Our own product Keilon is a voice AI assistant running on dedicated hardware: speech in and out, connected to a calendar, messengers and the user's own data, with processing placed where it makes sense for privacy and latency. We build systems of the same class for clients. Typical work covers prototyping and R&D for AI-driven products, on-device and edge deployment of AI models, device-to-cloud sync with internal business systems, and the web interfaces that go with a device. We also deploy on-premise for companies that cannot send data to third-party cloud services. We handle the software and integration layer and work with hardware partners for manufacturing.
