The objective was to consolidate everything into one Zoho CRM built around how a print shop actually operates: from quoting and tracking print jobs to automated customer communication and marketing.

Was hat Ihnen während Ihrer Zusammenarbeit am meisten Spaß gemacht?They didn't just switch on Zoho CRM. They mapped our full workflow as a print shop and built the system around it: a custom order management module, a Kanban view showing every order's status at a glance, and integrations tying it all together (ecommerce store, SMS order status notifications, Green Invoice). They also built a custom Zoho widget with tailored dashboards, plus automations and segmented marketing campaigns including birthday offers. Direct, technical, and delivered.

Gibt es Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten?Very little. The system is so capable that we wanted everything live at once, but they recommended rolling it out in phases. It was the right call, though it meant a couple of features landed a bit later. There was a short learning curve for our team, which they supported with documentation.

Was hat Ihnen während Ihrer Zusammenarbeit am meisten Spaß gemacht?I loved how Gur prioritized understanding our unique business challenges before configuring any Zoho tools; he was consistently responsive across time zones, proactive at fixing potential roadblocks early, and leveraged his deep Zoho expertise to build practical systems our team actually adopted smoothly.

Gibt es Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten?No major improvement points to note at all! The entire 4-stage discovery-to-support process ran seamlessly, though more frequent casual check-in touchpoints during long implementation phases could be a tiny nice-to-have for extra alignment.
