Unser 20-köpfiges Team wurde 2001 im Science & Technology Park of Crete gegründet und vereint 25 Jahre Erfahrung aus mehr als 30 Softwareprojekten, -produkten und -dienstleistungen für Kunden weltweit. Entwickeln. Verbinden. Weiterentwickeln. Wir entwickeln neue Software, verbinden Systeme und Daten und warten und modernisieren Plattformen. Architektur, Sicherheit, Bereitstellung aus der Cloud und kontinuierlicher Support sind Teil unseres Engineering-Ansatzes. Vernetzte Daten und Dienste schaffen die Grundlage für sinnvolle KI. Wir integrieren intelligente Assistenten, agentische Anwendungen und KI-gestützte Workflows in Ihre Software. 2025 entwickelten wir die gemeinsame EU-Datenbank für die Schiffshygiene, migrierten Altdaten und erstellten Offline-Mobillösungen für Inspektoren. Während der Pandemie verarbeitete die europäische dPLF monatlich Millionen von Passagierformularen; die griechische PLF erhielt täglich Zehntausende Einreichungen. Die Entwicklung und Wartung unserer eigenen Software gibt uns eine Produktinhaber-Perspektive auf Architektur, Zuverlässigkeit und zukünftige Weiterentwicklung. mCore verarbeitet mehr als eine Milliarde SMS-Nachrichten pro Jahr. Die zentrale Routing-Engine Sendium ist separat als Open-Source-Software verfügbar. Cytech ist nach ISO 27001:2022 und ISO 27701:2019 zertifiziert. We assess the existing architecture, identify practical improvements and help plan or implement the changes. Our work covers cloud migration, infrastructure as code, network segmentation, automated provisioning and deployment, monitoring and continued support. We work with AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. Our delivered modernization work includes moving a legacy platform from a manually managed server to production-ready AWS infrastructure, with scalable services, secure storage and databases, automated releases and centralized logging. Consultancy scope, implementation responsibilities and support are agreed for each engagement.

We connect mobile interfaces with backend services, existing platforms and the information people need while working away from their desks. Our work considers mobile workflows, access controls, synchronization, security and the infrastructure supporting the app. Where required, we design for intermittent connectivity and offline operation. For the EU Common Ship Sanitation Database, we developed mobile software with offline support for inspectors alongside the complete web platform and legacy-data migration. Our MIRAGE contribution covered mobile interfaces and network-incident notifications; FORTH developed the core ARTEMIS detection and mitigation technology.
