This consultative stage shapes every subsequent production decision: location, format, duration, tone, and crew configuration. Production is managed end-to-end by Idiosync Films. We handle location scouting, scheduling, talent direction, crew coordination, and compliance with Irish broadcast and production standards. For international agencies managing multi-territory campaigns, we provide the documentation, communication cadence, and delivery formats that align with centralised post-production workflows. Clients working with Idiosync Films receive a clearly scoped proposal, a production schedule with defined milestones, and regular communication throughout. We do not subcontract project management. The person who takes the brief is the person who delivers the production. Final assets are delivered to agreed specifications, whether that is broadcast-ready masters, platform-optimised cuts, or versioned edits for internal distribution systems. We work across all primary corporate video formats: brand and company profile films, product and service explainers, event and conference capture, executive and spokesperson interviews, customer and employee testimonial series, recruitment and employer brand content, and training and compliance video. For clients running multi-format campaigns, we can produce multiple assets within a single production engagement, reducing cost and logistical complexity. Idiosync Films is based in Dublin and works across the island of Ireland. For overseas clients, we provide end-to-end local production management, locations, crew, scheduling, and delivery, removing the need to deploy internal resources or send a production team from abroad. Ireland's urban, coastal, and rural landscapes offer significant production value for brand content, and we have working knowledge of the locations, institutions, and access requirements that make shoots here straightforward rather than complicated. Every production begins with a clear brief. We scope the deliverables, agree the schedule, and manage the production process with regular client communication throughout.
