metriq is a data and automation agency that leverages information to improve processes and products. We design, deploy and monitor operational processes and workflows for small and medium businesses as well as large, multinational companies. In doing so, we bring transparency to organisational design, responsibility to actors in a process, time savings, cost savings and a reduction in repetitive work. The processes we design are integrated into your existing ecosystem of tools and databases, meaning that you will never need to purchase or develop new software. When we work with products, we focus on customer segmentation and the implementation of business logic and automation that activate these segments with the goal of increasing conversions or driving engagement. Our expertise lies in user experience design, digital product development and collaborative creation with operational teams. We apply methodologies from the world of design to the creation of products, processes. automation and artificial intelligence. metriq has worked with multinational companies like L’Oréal, GRDF and ENGIE, but also with tens of funded startups through venture capital funds like Otium Capital and several small and medium businesses like APM, Santech and Domplus.
