I had the pleasure of working with Ioana Munchiu, where she took on the role of Product Owner. From the very beginning, Ioana stood out as a true team player — always collaborative, supportive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure project success. One of Ioana’s greatest strengths is her “can-do” attitude — no task is too big, no challenge too complex. She's also incredibly open to learning new skills, constantly seeking ways to improve and add value to the team. And let’s talk about her superpower: Excel. Ioana doesn’t just use Excel — she takes it to another level. From organizing data to building insightful reports and automation, her mastery of Excel has been an incredible asset to the project and to the entire team.
