GeschichteWe founded Three Winters in Munich in 2018 out of a simple conviction: innovation needs partners, not just ideas. From the start we committed to three complementary paths — supporting innovation and change, coaching executives, and investing in start-ups — and learned fast how they feed one another. Early on we watched a coached leader regain clarity mid-transformation and saw a small capital injection unlock a prototype’s first pilot. Those moments taught us to combine judgment, empathy and discipline. Today we still prefer hands-on collaboration, celebrating smart bets and hard lessons alike. We measure success by sustainable change, stronger leaders and start-ups that move from promise to impact.
