Les Précurseurs Lab ist ein unabhängiges KI- & Automatisierungsstudio mit Sitz in der Schweiz. Wir helfen KMU und wachsenden Unternehmen dabei, praktische KI-Systeme zu identifizieren, zu entwerfen und einzusetzen, die Zeit sparen, manuelle Arbeit reduzieren und die operative Ausführung verbessern. Unsere Arbeit konzentriert sich auf: * KI-Agenten und Workflow-Automatisierung * Kundenspezifische interne Geschäftsapplikationen * CRM, Berichterstattung und operative Dashboards * KI-gestützte Content-, Support- und administrative Prozesse * Strategische KI-Diagnosen und Implementierungs-Roadmaps * Adoptions-, Schulungs- und Human-in-the-Loop-Governance Wir interessieren uns nicht für Technologie um der Technologie willen. Wir arbeiten mit Geschäftsinhabern und Teams zusammen, die konkrete Systeme, klare Prioritäten und messbare Ergebnisse benötigen. Unser Ansatz ist einfach: 1. Verstehen Sie den Geschäftsprozess. 2. Identifizieren Sie, wo Zeit, Geld oder Klarheit verloren geht. 3. Entwerfen Sie das einfachste nützliche System. 4. Bauen, testen und implementieren. 5. Schulen Sie das Team und messen Sie das Ergebnis. Wir sind besonders relevant für KMU, die mit dem Testen von KI begonnen haben, aber jetzt Struktur, Implementierung und echten Geschäftseffekt benötigen. Mit Sitz in der Schweiz arbeiten wir remote mit Kunden in der Schweiz, Frankreich, Italien und in ganz Europa zusammen. 2 Personen im Team
