Wir arbeiten von Antalya, Istanbul und Bodrum aus. Wir planen und realisieren Konferenzen, Firmenveranstaltungen, Incentive-Programme, Produkteinführungen, Galadinner, Hochzeiten und private Feiern. Unser Leistungsspektrum umfasst die Koordination von Veranstaltungsorten, Bühnendesign und technische Produktion, Ton, Beleuchtung und LED-Bildschirme, Tischgestaltung und Eventdekoration, Branding sowie die 3D-Visualisierung von Veranstaltungsräumen. Vom ersten Briefing bis zur Umsetzung vor Ort übernimmt ein Team die Planung, Produktion und Koordination, sodass Kunden einen einzigen Ansprechpartner haben.

Make Events creates 3D visualisations of event spaces before the event takes place. Clients can see how a hall will look with its stage, LED screens, lighting, table layout and decoration, so decisions about layout and atmosphere are made before setup begins. The 3D renders are built from the venue plan and the event programme. We model the stage, screens, seating or table arrangement and decor, then adjust the lighting and materials until the space matches the brief. This helps clients check sightlines, circulation and the overall mood, and makes it easier to agree on changes early.

Beschreibung
Make Events creates event branding for corporate clients, from conferences and product launches to galas. We design and produce branded elements such as welcome desks, stage backdrops, photo walls, entrance branding and signage, all built around the client's visual identity. We work from the brand brief through to on-site installation, checking how the brand appears on stage, in photos and across the venue, and manage production and setup so every touchpoint stays consistent.

Make Events supports corporate clients with communication around their events, from the first invitation to the post-event message. We help brands define the message, shape the tone and deliver it to the right audience through invitations, programme materials, speaker briefings, on-site signage and digital announcements. Our communication work is planned together with the event concept, so the message, visuals and staging tell one story. We coordinate timing, content and channels with the client's internal teams, and manage the event's public-facing communication on site.

Make Events plans and produces events in Turkey, with offices in Antalya, Istanbul and Bodrum. Our work covers corporate conferences, meetings, product launches, gala dinners and private celebrations. We handle the event from concept to delivery: venue coordination, programme planning, stage and technical production, lighting, sound and LED screens, table design and decoration, and on-site management so the event runs to schedule. One team coordinates every element, so clients deal with a single point of contact.
