Was war das Ziel Ihrer Zusammenarbeit?We needed to run a sales competition across European teams for one of our clients — the kind of initiative that's easy to kill with a boring Excel ranking sent by email. The goal was to make it engaging enough that reps would actually care about moving the needle on two KPIs: new client acquisition and engagement. We turned to Playmotiv because we needed a platform that could handle the complexity without losing the fun.

Was hat Ihnen während Ihrer Zusammenarbeit am meisten Spaß gemacht?Seeing the sales teams get genuinely competitive in a good way. But what surprised us most was a set of peer-to-peer challenge dynamics between salespeople — reps from different countries started interacting and actually got to know one another, creating a sense of team cohesion that went well beyond the original KPIs. Also, they were flexible when we needed to adjust things mid-campaign, and never made us feel like we were asking for too much.

Gibt es Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten?The analytics could go a bit deeper — we sometimes had to do extra work on our end to pull together the regional breakdowns our client wanted. That said, we're already planning to run this again next year, and knowing Playmotiv's team, we're confident that by then it'll be sorted. It's a minor friction point in an otherwise very solid product, and it certainly didn't stop us from wanting to repeat the experience.
