Rozenama ist eine irakische E-Commerce-Plattform, die Händlern einen kompletten Online-Shop und ein vollständiges Bestellverwaltungssystem an einem Ort bietet, ohne dass Entwicklungsarbeit oder technische Kenntnisse erforderlich sind. Die Plattform wurde für die tatsächliche Funktionsweise des Handels im Irak entwickelt. Die meisten irakischen Händler verkaufen über Instagram, WhatsApp und Facebook und verwalten Bestellungen in Notizbüchern, Screenshots und Chatverläufen. Rozenama ersetzt dies durch ein einziges Dashboard: ein gebrandetes arabisches Storefront, Bestellverfolgung von der Bestätigung bis zur Lieferung, Lagerbestand pro Produkt, Integration mit irakischen Lieferunternehmen und lokalen Zahlungs-Gateways sowie Analysen, aufgeschlüsselt nach Gouvernement, Kunde und Produkt. Die Plattform basiert auf einem Abonnementmodell mit kostenlosen und kostenpflichtigen Stufen, sodass ein Händler kostenlos beginnen und mit dem Wachstum des Unternehmens aufsteigen kann. Der Support erfolgt auf Arabisch, von einem Team in Bagdad, und umfasst Onboarding und Schulungen anstelle eines Logins und eines Handbuchs. Mehr als 1.000 zahlende Händler und über 7.000 Nutzer betreiben heute ihr Geschäft auf Rozenama.
