Beschreibung Our experienced development team headed by Project Manager will suggest timely and cost-effective solutions for any project. When working on the project, we use Agile methodology and split our development work in 2 weeks sprints. We make sure everything runs smoothly. Each project can a customised approach, but the approximate steps are: Step 1. High-level User Stories We capture all requirements and desired features. Step 2. Decomposing User Stories & Estimation We build our estimations around user stories and set project milestones. We review the sprint results and adjust the plan if needed. Step 3. Sprint Planning Together, we plan development work for the next 2 weeks. Step 4. Development & Testing Our development process is resource-effective & time-sensitive. Step 5. Release We deploy the results on the web. Step 6.
