Corporate communications : Building, maintaining and protecting a company’s reputation is the core task of corporate communications. We develop strategies to communicate our clients’ corporate identity and philosophy, their corporate citizenship, and their place in the marketplace using a creative mix of media and tools.

Financial communications : Having achieved the recognition and distinction of handling the first and largest IPO for Indonesia’s state-owned PT Telkom (1995), managing the communications for the IPO of Indonesia’s largest banks, Bank Mandiri (2001-2002), Bank Central Asia (2000), Bank BNI (1996). Initial Public Offerings for private companies Alam Sutra (2007) , Express Group (2012). We provide professional counsel to assist our clients in effectively communicating key messages and viewpoints to audiences that have the power to affect the company’s financial health and the ability to access funds.

Marketing communications : We have advised and implemented strategies and programs that have helped companies to develop their brand reputation and increase their sales through creative marketing communications and activation of events for product and service launches, publicity and media engagement.

Public affairs and governement relations : Companies often require strategies to shape and inform the political and policy environment. We combine our experience in government relations engaging key legislative, regulatory and executive decision makers on matters that include tax, trade, labor, regulatory oversight and other issues. We help our clients’ aims to influence public policy, build and maintain a strong reputation and find common ground with government stakeholders

Issues and crisis communications : Our approach to crisis communications and issues management is focused on a rapid assessment of the situation at hand; strategic formulation of a plan to stabilize key relationships; and swift execution of that plan to shape the opinions of a company’s most critical audiences

Social marketing and campaign : The utilisation of marketing techniques compounded with a well deliberated campaign design and planning, which employs meaningful messages via mass media appeals and interventions by informal and formal community leaders or organisations, can effectively inform and motivate the public and lead to sustained changes in behavior

Community and stakeholder engagement : Engaging with micro influencers, macro influencers, public figures and key opinion leaders to resonate a brands key messages are important in communications’ today, where people are more connected to brands and social issues/ movements. We are also focusing on developing and managing communities to help brands reach a wider target market.

Digital PR : With an eye towards integration, we look at how PR, social media, online reputation management, content development and SEO work together. We work with clients to identify and engage key stakeholders through the most appropriate and powerful digital channels.
