Zuerst der Prozess, dann die KI. KI-Beratung und -Strategie: Prozessanalyse, Auswahl der passenden Tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude oder eine maßgeschneiderte Lösung), Prioritäten und eine klare Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtung. KI-Agenten und Integrationen: Postfach- und Serviceabläufe, Angebote, Lead-Erfassung und Reporting – umgesetzt mit Copilot Studio, n8n, Claude und ChatGPT und verbunden mit den Tools, die Sie bereits einsetzen. AI Act und KI-Kompetenz: Was die europäischen Vorschriften für Ihr Team bedeuten und wie Sie verantwortungsvoll mit KI arbeiten. In der Regel starten wir mit einem Quick Scan: einer eintägigen Analyse eines oder zweier priorisierter Prozesse, die mit einem Entscheidungsdokument abschließt. Wenn etwas keinen überzeugenden Business Case hat, raten wir davon ab. Unser Sitz ist in Brüssel; wir arbeiten in Brüssel und Flandern auf Niederländisch, Französisch und Englisch. 3 Personen im Team
