I’m passionate about strategy and marketing. Since the beginning of my career, I have been convinced that the role of business is to create value. Both for the customer and society but also for the company. What is amazing though is that a lot of companies focus on value creation independently in silos. The finance team might be looking at price moves. The communication department at new messages and campaigns. The marketing teams at the value propositions. And the R&D at developing new product and services. Leaving the sales team to figure how how to approach their customers! All these activities should be interlinked and flow seamlessly from one to another. This is the concept of the Value Funnel I have developed. A structured process that guides various teams through the 5 Value Funnel stages. Minimizing value leaks to ultimately improve customer loyalty and create sustainable margins. GeschichteIn November 2008, while visiting relatives in Sweden, Christian had a fortuitous meeting with Santa Claus in a sauna (or so the story goes). This has led later to a very fruitful collaboration nearly a decade long working on several strategy and marketing projects.

As MD Director of InQpharm, I had the opportunity to work with Christian at Santa Marketing on the launch of a new product in Holland and Italy. Christian helped design the brand positioning including persona development, competitive analyisis and value proposition. Christian helped to execute and follow up our European Campaign. Every thing was done in a time framework of 4 months with respect of the budget and epected outcomes. We had a good mix of face to face and virtual connection that gave us the possibility to stay close and deliver timely results
