Under the leadership of Darolyn Davis, D&A was among the first communications firms in the nation to explicitly integrate the core values of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) into all of its communications and community outreach solutions. D&A has a well-earned reputation for helping public, private and mission-driven organizations develop inclusive communication strategies for building relationships across diverse and historically underserved communities, and strengthening the shared connections that unite us. D&A crafts empathetic, culturally relevant engagement strategies informed by research, metrics, and audience feedback.
