The MONI Growth Process: Step 1: UNDERSTANDING - We learn the in and outs of your business and the goals you have set yourselves. - We identify opportunities for growth across all the relevant accounts and channels. - With a clear understanding, we implement a plan to get us to where we need to be. Step 2: TESTING & OPTIMISATION - Whilst we execute our plan, we must always continuously question and test our strategies so that we can optmize budgets and scale your business effectively. - We'll show your internal teams techniques we've learned from scaling businesses from £0-100m+ through overseeing millions of dollars in monthly ad spend. Step 3: SCALING + GROWTH - We'll work together to make sure we are hitting the KPIs your business requires to take it to the next level. PERFORMANCE CREATIVE: Our fully bespoke creative studio helps to ensure your brand stands out and acquires high lifetime value customers. Our in-house graphic, motion and 3-D designers take your existing imagery and video content, reimagining and repurposing your assets into social-first performance assets that are conversion-optimised and platform appropriate. AN EXTENSION OF YOUR TEAM: Our clients benefit from a dedicated growth team offering as close to an in-house experience as humanly possible, receiving 2 dedicated specialists at all times, plus additional supplementary support. We operate in a pod-like structure. The pod will be led by one of our senior team members (10-15+ years’ CMO experience), with your Growth Manager (3-5 years’ Manger experience) acting as your main daily liason. If required the pod will be further supported by a Growth Executive (2+ years of performance marketing experience). Our Creative Lead, with then work alongside this structure to tend to all of your creative needs.
