Was war das Ziel Ihrer Zusammenarbeit?Support in PR-related areas. Or sometimes an activation of a new product our the launch of an event.

Was hat Ihnen während Ihrer Zusammenarbeit am meisten Spaß gemacht?The contact with my key account (and the team). She really listens to our 'case' and always comes up with a good idea our solution. Also the flexibility and the human and spontaneous approach make it a true joy to work together (big thanks!).

Gibt es Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten?It would be nice if for each campaign benchmarks are given at 'the pitch of a campaign' so that it is easier to follow up/ analyse the result of a campaign and to pitch upcoming campaigns towards the board. Now I have the feeling that some tools are missing to give the exact info/KPI's/ report of a campaign. It could also help us to get learnings for other campaigns.
